Description Robert Half is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant who enjoys problem-solving and taking on new challenges in a fast-paced environment. You will take charge of a number of different office support and administrative duties as the Administrative Assistant. Are you skilled at mail merging, pivot tables, and presentation design? 　　Assist other employees with diverse projects

　　Organize word processors, files, and faxes Requirements - At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

　　Proven ability to use the internet for research

　　Accomplished computer skills are a must. This includes word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systemsStrong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

　　Experience with data entry

　　Eligibility Verification experience preferred

　　Strong familiarity with Government Filings

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Annual Tax

　　Filing experience required
