Description
Responsibilities:
Manage and route phone calls appropriately
Distribute incoming mail
Manage and order office supplies
Schedule and coordinate meetings
Prepare communications such as memos, emails and other correspondence
Write and edit communications
Requirements:
Work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar position
Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
