About Shriver Job Corps Center
The Shriver Job Corps Center provides students with the opportunity to earn their High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED), and hands-on training in the following areas: Certified Nurse Assistant, Clinical Medical Assistant, Medical Administration Assistant, Patient Care Technician, Plumbing, Painting, Security and Protective Services, HVAC, Landscaping, Electrical, and Building Construction Technology.

Responsibilities:
Leadership Excellence:
Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of administrative professionals to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Drive organizational success by setting clear goals, establishing priorities, and executing strategic initiatives that align with the mission of Shriver Job Corps.
Operational Efficiency:
Oversee and optimize administrative processes to ensure the seamless functioning of the center, including but not limited to, human resources, finance, procurement, and facilities management.
Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and resource utilization, maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the organization's mission and objectives.
Identify opportunities for growth and innovation, contributing to the long-term success and sustainability of Shriver Job Corps.
Compliance and Accountability:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, fostering a culture of accountability and integrity.
Implement and monitor systems to assess and improve program effectiveness, maintaining a commitment to excellence in all aspects of our operations.
Community Engagement:
Build strong partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, and government agencies to enhance opportunities for student success and placement.
Represent Shriver Job Corps positively in the community, advocating for the importance of vocational education and workforce development.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with a track record of achieving organizational goals.
Strong understanding of administrative functions, financial management, and strategic planning.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Commitment to the mission and values of Shriver Job Corps.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school preferred.
A minimum of five years management experience with a substantial experience in finance/budgeting.
Department of Labor approval required.
