Now hiring an Administrative Assistant I for the Engineering/Maintenance Department at Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort.

The pay rate will be between $22-24/hour depending on experience.

Bilingual Spanish + English Communication skills needed for this opening.

How You'll Shine:

Prepare, facilitate, coordinate communications, schedule and coordinate meetings on behalf of Engineering management.

Prepare and process expense reports for Engineering leadership, establish and maintain filing systems.

Draft financial, statistical, narrative, and /or other reports as requested.

Responsible for maintaining rapport with vendors and checking accounts for accuracy.

Responsible for maintaining payroll tasks with managers help.

Support general Engineering / Maintenance team and Resort Operations, acting as our liaison with other departments -- relaying information to the appropriate team member(s) and following up on completion of expectations to ensure prompt and efficient guest satisfaction.

Promote a fun, positive, inclusive working environment as well as assist with property internal and external guest satisfaction events.

Performs other work duties as requested.

What You'll Bring:

High school diploma or GED required.

General administrative operational knowledge preferred.

3 years frequent use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level.

3 years administrative support or combination of college degree and 2 years of administrative experience.

Possess excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with all levels of employee.

Superior communication skills (written and verbal), Bilingual Spanish + English.

Ability to adapt to change.

Must be able to lead and coordinate projects utilizing strong organizational and time management skills.
