　　The Adel DeSoto Minburn Community School District is seeking a School Counselor for the 2024-2025 school year to join our growing district. This position will be a 1.0 FTE at ADM High School.

　　ADM HS educates approximately 650 students and is located in Adel and shares the complex with the Middle School. The high school counselor plays a crucial role in supporting the academic, social and emotional development of high school students. This position would be joining a team of individuals working toward doing what is best for all students at ADM High School.

　　The ideal candidate would be skilled in collaboration and communication with members of the educational community, including parents, students and staff.

　　Knowledge of standards referenced grading and professional learning communities is needed. Applicants must be highly engaged, demonstrate passion for education and a personal philosophy of doing whatever it takes to help students be successful.
