Once an instructor is recruited and hired into the pool, they can expect acomprehensive onboarding process and ongoing professional developmentopportunities to enhance teaching practice. A teaching preference survey isdistributed bi-annually to determine interest and availability, andinvitations to teach are sent bi-annually. Our 10-week courses are offered inmultiple formats, including asynchronous online, synchronous online, orhybrid (50% on campus and 50% online). University College usesCanvas, a best-in-class learning management system (LMS) for all coursedelivery modes. Instructors will receive a designed course container and willbe expected to manage and engage in the course while infusing real-worldexamples into the curriculum and offering a diversity of perspectives aspresented through materials, resources, authors/readings, and speakersif applicable. Position Summary
We are currently seeking adjunct faculty with industry experience in supplychain management who can facilitate the learning experience of adult learnersin its career-focused M.S. in Supply Chain Management program. The SupplyChain Management program is offered jointly between University College'sTransportation and Supply Chain Institute and the Daniels College of Businessand is administered through University College. Extensive professional andacademic knowledge of supply chain management at an executive or manageriallevel, and significant experience in mentoring business professionals andbusiness analytics is strongly recommended.
