Job Description:

　　Seeking an Activities Assistant to serve at Grace Home, our long-term care facility in Graceville, Minnesota. This employee works on an as needed, casual basis. Shifts are 7:30 am to 2:30 pm and 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Holiday and weekend rotations are required. Assist the activities supervisor in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing therapeutic recreation activity programs in accordance with current existing federal, state, and local standards, to assure that the spiritual development, emotional, physical, recreational, and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis.

　　Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

　　Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health's insurer.

　　Current Basic Cardiac Life support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 3 months of date of hire.

　　Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification preferred.

　　Nursing home work experience preferred.

　　The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
