  Primary Place of Performance: Washington, DC

  Mandatory Requirements: U.S. Citizenship and TS/SCI Clearance

  Years of Experience: 6-10 years

  Currently is seeking a talented and motivated Active Directory Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be part of a team of network, system and security engineers tasked with the remediation of existing network equipment and upgrading to new equipment. If you are passionate about networking, have the requisite and are looking for an opportunity to grow within a dynamic organization, this position may be for you.

  We are looking for a Senior Active Directory Engineer with a minimum of 6+ years' experience. Bachelor's or Master's degrees are preferred with a background utilizing the following:

  Required Skills and Qualifications

  High level understanding of technology areas such as Windows administration and VMware ESXI in addition to Windows 10 OS and Microsoft Office (2019 and 365).

  Advanced knowledge in AD architecture and infrastructure (LDAP, Directory Replication, group policy, security, schema changes, Domain Controllers management).

  Advanced knowledge of DNS, Kerberos, Windows Authentication and Single Sign On (SSO).

  Knowledge of Microsoft Certificate Services / PKI infrastructure.

  Experience in Active Directory migrations, design, implementations, and development.

  Experience in Inter-Forest User Migrations (Quest Migration Manager for AD).

  Experience in full SSO/Active Directory integration from the entire windows enterprise Ex. Server 2022, 2019 and Windows 10, 11, O365, and Cisco ISE.

  Experience in PowerShell scripting and other Windows command line.

  Experience providing Windows Administration support Experience providing engineering infrastructure support in large scale enterprise server environments.

  Experience providing technical guidance in software engineering techniques and automated support tools.

  Experience with other programming languages.

  Experience with Microsoft Azure, CloudFormation, Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

  Experience with cloud computing, including PaaS, IaaS and SaaS.

  Duties to Include but not limited to:

  Perform systems engineering and software development in multiple large enterprise server environments. Assist in establishing standards for information systems procedures.

  Perform technical evaluations and analysis.

  Support the customer in the development and maintenance of systems baseline.

  Assess server loads and work with technical leads to develop tuning recommendations.

  Complete day-to-day Operations & Maintenance tasks

  Perform operating system software updates, upgrades and patches.

  Travel: Up to 10% travel required and the ability to travel on short notice.

  Additional duties, as assigned.

  Preferred Education and Experience.

  Preferred 6+ Years within Windows enterprise environment. Bachelors/Masters in a related field preferred or 10+ years of experience with required certifications.

  Minimum DOD 8570 IAT II Certifications  (Ex. Sec+, CISSP, GCIH, CYSA+).

  Preferred to have Microsoft MCSA, MCSE.
