　　Exelon is seeking a Mid-Level Active Directory/Azure Cloud Administrator to serve on the on their Windows Platform Cloud Operations Team. This role is to support their Data Center consolidation effort, and Cloud Migration effort for the their Utility organization. This Migration would include Thousands of Servers and infrastructure to MS Azure. This person will be converting to an Full time employee

　　Primary DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

　　These resources will handle the day to day Wintel and Active Directory work such as server builds for a divestiture Project (Fission) Access Management, provisioning, certificates, Group policy and provisioning,

　　This person should have a strong understanding of the following technical functions involving infrastructure migrations that would include:

　　Site Failover, group policy creations, VNET, backup and recovery.

　　Windows Server Installations and Security Patch Management, Deployment, And Configuration. (Server 2016, 2019, 2022)

　　Azure Active Directory

　　configuration of Accounts,

　　policy creation for Azure VM,

　　Vnet’s

　　Azure backups,

　　Azure Site Recovery

　　Business continuity and solutions.

　　VMware Physical Infrastructure and vSphere, Vcenter 6.7 to 7.0: Responsible for upgrading, and installing

　　Administering VMware infrastructure.

　　Management of Vcenter

　　Server Appliance and physical hosts over 60 VMs. Responsible for datacenter infrastructure. Managed physical and virtual Servers.

　　Powershell scripting a mustThis group has about 5000 Windows Servers in which 75% are virtualized.

　　• Configure and maintain server processes, configurations, and backups

　　• Maintain and monitor Wintel and Server Operations efforts

　　• Maintain server inventory information to ensure accuracy of configuration management DB.

　　• Support the production release management system for documenting, planning, and implementing IT changes.

　　• Plan, coordinate, communicate and implement security patching activities for Wintel server platforms.

　　• Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes

　　• Assist in racking and stacking of servers in Exelon’s datacenters

　　• Provide 24x7 support and participate in on call rotation for critical production systems

　　• Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours

　　• Provide technical expertise and/or solution delivery support for maintaining performance and reliability of server solutions.

　　• Maintain and enhance engagement with business and IT partners to sustain service levels and high availability of server compute services. Visible and accessible to clients providing guidance for how to successfully request new devices as needed.

　　• Assists in coordinating and implementing planned infrastructure changes for business and/or IT clients.

　　This team is responsible for operations support of the servers within the Exelon's 2 local datacenters, OMF and MSW and the Co-Lo in Ashburn, VA

　　Skills:

　　Scripting, Powershell, microsoft active directory, Dns, Windows, Azure, group policy, DHCP

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　This person needs to be onsite three days a week, Baltimore-BHQ or Owings Mills

　　Excellent communications, Must be able to work with minimal supervision, eager and assertive to get things done and contribute to the team

　　Should be well versed in PowerShell Scripting, Well Versed in Active Directory, Account Administration, DHCP, Domain Controllers, FISMA and authentication experience.
