  ABOUT THE ROLE

  We are looking for a curious-minded and organized Activation Manager to execute omni-channel integrated advertising solutions for Walmart Connect. This complex, cross-functional role will be responsible for management and implementation of marketing campaigns that span across the Walmart omni-channel ecosystem (in-store and online). This role will support Sr./Manager(s) and work closely with Walmart's Sales, Retail Marketing, Store Activation, Site Editorial & Merchandising, Category Marketing, and Seasonal activation teams to execute unique, custom, and high-impact marketing solutions for clients.

  Specifically, we're looking for curious, ambitious, organized, creative, people-oriented team members who can build bridges and are truly willing to roll up their sleeves to solve business challenges in creative and structured ways.

  This position sits under WMC Marketing and reports to the Director of Client Solutions - Consumables.

  CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  Management and execution of supplier-specific programs on Walmart.com, working with teams across Site, Creative, Sales, and Account ManagementHelp with execution of supplier-specific custom marketing campaigns for WMC clientsVet and help execute innovative ideas and programs in partnership with cross-functional stakeholdersAssist in the management approvals, execution, and measurement of marketing campaignsProvide support for general department day-to-day department functions, such as owning tracking documentsActively facilitate and participate in brainstorming and working sessions across cross-functional teamsDemonstrate a spirit of partnership, collaboration, and operational agility and excellence

  ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  1 - 3 years of experience in an integrated marketing activation (post-sale) or digital project management role at an advertising agency, media company or related field preferredExceptionally strong organizational skills with high attention to detailHighly collaborative, team player, with the ability to build relationships across multiple levels and departments.Proactive, self-motivated, and highly drivenAdvertising project or program management experience

  THE BONUS - STRONGLY PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  3-5 years of experience in an integrated marketing activation (post-sale) or digital project management role at an advertising agency, media company or related field preferredUnderstanding of shopper marketing, account management, and retail media or digital media landscape

  Position Locations:

  Preferred Location: Hoboken, NJWill consider: San Bruno, CA or Los Angeles, CAHybrid Schedule / 3 days a week (Not a remote/virtual position)

  Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
