As the Community Mental Health Agency within Tuscola County, we are here to provide services to children with severe emotional disorders, adults with mental illness, substance use disorders, and intellectual/developmental disorders.

　　Requirements:- Full Michigan licensure as a Master's social worker preferred; consideration will be given to LPC candidates.- A minimum of three years post-degree clinical experience in treating or working with adults with serious mental illness is required.- Previous supervisory experience in a mental health setting is preferred.- Must meet Mental Health Professional qualifications as defined in the Medicaid Provider Manual.- Must possess substance use certification or be eligible to obtain certification.- Must be able to effectively communicate in verbal and written form.- Willingness to work flexible hours is desirable.- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance are required.

　　Responsibilities:- Responsible for providing leadership, supervision, and clinical oversight to ACT, DBT, and IDDT programs and staff.- Responsible for all day-to-day operational tasks, as well as planning, evaluating, and implementing program revisions as needed.- Performs a variety of program level administrative and managerial tasks, including budget oversight, human resource responsibilities, utilization management/performance improvement tasks, and compliance activities.- Provides direct services to individuals receiving services as needed.- Provides emergency services during and after regular office hours and provides assistance and consultation to ACT on-call staff after hours as necessary.- Position requires travel (agency vehicle available).- Demonstrates knowledge of and actively supports culturally competent, recovery-based practices.
