　　A renowned nonprofit organization is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join the dynamic finance team in downtown Los Angeles. 　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Receive, process, and reconcile all incoming payments and invoices.

　　Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports regarding received payments, outstanding amounts, and collection targets.

　　Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, planning, and forecasting.

　　Track, monitor, and assess accounts receivable performance, identify deviations, and suggest necessary improvements.

　　Conduct credit checks and risk assessments on potential clients.

　　Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all financial records.

　　Collaborate with other departments to integrate and apply their data into financial reports.

　　Comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding finances, tax filings, and reporting.

　　Assist in the audit process by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentation.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.

　　Excel experience (vlookups and pivot tables)

　　Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

　　Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

　　Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

　　Experience in a nonprofit organization is a plus but not required.
