Description

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's finance team in Eugene. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the company's receivables, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, and maintaining accurate records. This is a part time role working about 20 hrs/week, 3 days/week with the chance that this could turn into full time.

Responsibilities:

Generate and send out invoices to customers

Follow up on outstanding invoices and collections

Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy

Investigate and resolve discrepancies or billing issues

Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, or other irregularities

Maintain accurate records of customer payments and adjustments

Prepare reports on accounts receivable status as needed

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries or disputes

Requirements

Quickbooks Online experience

Accounts Receivable (AR) experience

Strong QuickBooks online experience needed

Familiarity with bill.com for payments

Familiarity with Ring Central phone system
