　　Job Description:

　　Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist. This will be a 3-6 month contract position with one of our clients in the Dublin, OH area. This person will be mainly focused on tax credits and rebills. Ideal candidates will have an understanding of AR and accounting basics, and is able to handle large volumes efficiently.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Process customer invoices and apply payments accurately

　　Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging

　　Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries

　　Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records

　　Collaborate with internal teams to address billing issues and discrepancies

　　Generate regular reports on accounts receivable status

　　Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role

　　Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

　　Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

　　Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

　　Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
