Key Responsibilities:
Process and post customer payments to accounts.
Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
Generate and send out invoices.
Communicate with customers to facilitate timely payments.
Collaborate with internal teams to address billing and collection inquiries.
Requirements
Previous experience in accounts receivable or related roles.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
