A Receivables and Collection Customer Care Associate answers and responds to inbound telephone calls from policyholders and internal departments. A Customer Care Associate provides assistance, superior customer service and monitors policyholder accounts for accurate invoicing.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm
Once fully trained, work from home flexibility is available.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide quality assistance and customer service in a professional and timely manner to policyholders and internal departments
Review accounts for accurate invoicing, payments and reimbursements
Process and verify adjustments to policyholder accounts
Analyze and review daily reports
Job Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Superior listening skills
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
Previous call center experience handling inbound calls is a plus
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
High school diploma or GED
Bilingual skills are a plus
Salary Range: $40,000 – 47,000. Compensation is commensurate with experience and credentials.
