As our Accounts Receivable Intern you will work with our Finance andCorporate Accounting team and gain insights into many different aspectsrelated to accounts receivable. You will help with organizing customerapplications, researching supporting documentation for deductions,learning the different roles within AR from deduction representative,collections and cash application.

*During your time with us, you will... *
Review Customer Credit Files for inactive customers, completed oroutdated customer profile information, and manage the organizationand storage of this dataCreate standard operating procedures such as the process for storingnew customer applications.Upload Customer Contracts into Contract Works for Canada and USmajor customers, along with customer applications that are currentlystored in emails or SharePoint.Help research back up for deductions related to assigned customersin support of the deduction and cash application team.Work with the collectors and cash application team to ensurestatements are accurate, researching open credits, invoices andunapplied cash.Gain insight into understanding corporate statements, the duties andresponsibilities of a collector, as well as credits, invoices, anddebits.Our Commitment to You
