FocusKPI is looking for a Channel Release Program Manager to join our client, a high-tech SaaS company. The team is seeking a passionate and experienced consultant to play a pivotal role in the successful launch and scaling of their exciting new quote-to-cash experience for the Solution Partner Community. You will be responsible for creating a seamless onboarding experience for users, gathering valuable feedback, and developing a comprehensive plan for scalability to ensure the application thrives as it grows, as well as providing Channel Leadership with ongoing updates on product adoption.
Work Location: Remote: anywhere in the US
Duration: 8 months with potential for extension depending on your performance & budget
Pay Range: $90/hr to $103/hr
Responsibilities:
Onboarding:
Design and implement a user-friendly onboarding process that effectively guides users through the application's functionalities and features across all phases of development
Collaborate to scope and develop engaging onboarding materials, such as tutorials, FAQs, and video guides, to maximize user understanding and retention
Collaborate with the development and design teams to ensure the application interface is intuitive and user-friendly, minimizing onboarding challenges
Feedback Collection:
Implement a robust system for collecting user feedback through surveys, interviews, and user testing sessions
Analyze collected feedback to identify key user pain points, areas for improvement, and potential feature requests
Prioritize feedback based on impact and feasibility, and present actionable insights to the development team and stakeholders
Scalability Planning:
Assess the application's current infrastructure and architecture for scalability potential
Develop a comprehensive scalability plan that outlines strategies for handling increased user traffic, data volume, and resource demands
Analyze and recommend suitable cloud-based solutions or other technologies to facilitate efficient and cost-effective scaling
Collaborate to define and streamline a progressive release and testing plan including all necessary requirements
Additional Responsibilities:
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, development, marketing, and customer support teams
Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience is required
Information management systems, business technology, product management- all good degrees for this role
Proven experience in designing and implementing successful onboarding programs for software applications
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices
Expertise in collecting and analyzing user feedback to drive product improvement
Its a blend of Product management (working with products), SaaS, Ecommerce, Release management, Channel experience, GTM and Partner based role
Knowledge of scaling strategies for cloud-based applications and infrastructure
Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello etc.
Experience with Cloud SaaS
Software industry would be beneficial and preferable (Enterprise level software companies would be a best fit)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
