These are temp-to-perm positions that will allow you to enhance your career while gaining valuable warehouse experience.
As Accounts Receivable Clerk , you will perform a variety of duties according to procedures and requirements. Primary responsibilities include:
· Verify accuracy of vendor invoices for goods, services, rents, utilities, etc.
· Data entry of vendor invoices, checks and credit card transactions
· Pay recurring bills and vendor payables as they become due
· Track sales tax paid and owed
· Create customer invoices, match with shipping docs
· Collections
· General office duties
·
Experience Requirements:
· Basic understanding of general ledger accounts
· Experiencing verifying and processing Accounts Payables (invoices and payments) and Accounts Receivables (invoices and payments)
· Experience communicating with vendors and customers by telephone and email
· Ability to maintain confidentiality in all financial issues
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, customers, and vendors with diplomacy.
· Strong organizational skills
· Strong typing and proficiency in Microsoft applications
This is a first shift position and the starting pay rate for this job is $ 16.00/hr.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
