Position Responsibilities Build and maintain rapportby delivering excellent customer service via phone and email in a callcenter environment. Own an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.Maintain low portfolio aging by conferring with customers to determinereasons for overdue payments. Meet and maintain department goals whilemultitasking in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with a team ofenthusiastic call center professionals to minimize aging / bad debt.Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required.Bachelor\'s degree preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word andExcel. Prior call center experience / bookkeeping a plus. Bilingual(English / Spanish) a plus.
