Position: Accounts Receivable Analyst
Southbridge Health Care LP (Southbridge) is currently looking to add a talented Accounts Receivable Analyst to our amazing corporate finance team at our head office in Cambridge, ON. Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the Analyst will support the accounts receivable function of Southbridge’s Long-Term Care and Retirement homes.

Southbridge’s mission is to operate a best-in-class portfolio of care homes and retirement communities that consistently deliver excellence in care and services in an economically sustainable manner.
Responsibilities:
· Support Accounts Receivable function including timely and accurate processing of resident payments.
· Reconciliation of monthly resident billings and resident trust accounts
· Review cash receipts.
· Assist with the collections process including contacting residents/resident representatives to resolve any issues.
· Review discrepancies through discussions with home staff and operations.
· Assist in preparation of AR reporting packages.
· Assist with audit requests where needed.
Qualifications:
· Experience with PCC is considered an asset.
· 2+ years’ experience in an A/R position, experience in LTC environment considered an asset.
· Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office.
· Outstanding communication skills (written and oral).
· Post-secondary in areas of business, accounting or related field considered and asset.
