　　Robert Half has an excellent accounts payable opportunity available in Hayward. This is a temp to hire opening with one of our top clients and you can start working immediately.

　　Job Details:

　　• Ensures the efficient fulfillment of accounts payable and the company's financial obligations.

　　• Performs accounting coding for expenses.

　　• Responsible for validating and reviewing various types of invoices/disbursements.

　　• Investigates accounts payable issues, including researching and resolving discrepancies, system issues, taxes, payments, and credit memos.

　　• Ensures that systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness.

　　• Performs expense analysis.

　　• Assists with monthly-end closing.

　　• Assists with ad hoc special projects.

　　Requirements

　　• Fast paced and ability to juggle priorities

　　• Excel – V Lookups and Pivot Tables

　　• D365 experience a huge plus
