Our client is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist, the role involves various tasks related to accounts payable, data entry, and invoice processing. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines are crucial.

Responsibilities:

• Handling high volume accounts payable tasks

• Ensuring accurate PO and Non-PO processing

• Proficiently working with an ERP system

• Researching and resolving any discrepancies in accounts

• Efficiently coding invoices for proper categorization

• Using Excel and Great Plains

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role, high volume

• Capable of Coding Invoices accurately, PO Non-PO

• Proficient in Data Entry tasks

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Comprehensive knowledge of Excel

• Familiarity with an ERP software
