Are you an awesome Accounts Payable Specialist looking for a career change? Then we have the role for you, we are staffing for an expanding company that needs a reliable and proficient Accounts Payable Specialist.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will handle the following:

· Maintain vendor files and set up new vendor accounts

· Process invoices daily, code invoices, and ensure accuracy of AP

· Perform a 3-way match and investigate any differences

· Respond to vendors inquires, reconcile discrepancies, and resolve disputes

· Review and reconcile vendor statements

· Process employee travel and business expenses

· Apply customer payments to invoices and remotely deposit checks

· Review and input invoices and check requests timely and accurately

Requirements

· BS degree in Accounting, Business or similar

· 2+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred

· Proficient in MS Excel
