Robert Half is partnering with an established entity in the manufacturing industry who is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk for a contract position. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to use their skills to support an expanding organization and contribute towards efficient financial operations.

Responsibilities:

Process and manage purchase orders, invoices, vendor statements, and payment transactions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Netsuite.

Resolve any issues or discrepancies with accounts payable promptly and professionally.

Abide by internal control processes and procedures.

Manage month-end activities, including accruals, adjustments, and reconciliations.

Collaborate with other departments, building strong lines of communication and partnership.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role.

Prior hands-on experience with Netsuite ERP is crucial.

Proven ability to handle a high volume of invoices and transactions.

Demonstrated knowledge of general accounting procedures.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

In-depth understanding of financial controls and processes.

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
