Description Keep accounts maintained and organized as an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk in an industry-leading company on a long-term contract / temporary through Robert Half. Serving as the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will match, batch, and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. We seek out ambitious professionals who are creators, leaders, and pioneers. Located in Green, Ohio, the Accounts Payable Clerk will be a long-term contract / temporary position.

　　Key responsibilities

　　Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed

　　Assist the AP/Finance Department with administrative tasks

　　Complete full-cycle A/P

　　Open, sort, and deliver department mail on a daily basis

　　Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners

　　Assist with internal and external audits as needed

　　Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents

　　Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling

　　Carry out additional projects as required Requirements - 1+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred

　　Articulate customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds

　　Spreadsheet and database capabilities

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

　　Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

　　Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired

　　Command of Microsoft Great Plains Solomon
