POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Controller, the Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the accounting and clerical duties related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions for multiple divisions. Works closely with purchasing, repair shop maintenance, and department managers to establish and maintain vendors relationships, while ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior work experience in an accounts payable position. Strong data entry skills with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. High degree of organization for a fast-paced work environment. Must have an aptitude for working with computers, spreadsheets, basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles, and a positive work ethic. Associates in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related degree/certification preferred.
Compensation is $18.00-$23.00 plus Full Time Benefits
