Accounts Payable Specialist

　　($22-25/HR)

　　TPD is seeking an individual to process accounts payable transactions for private and public clients in multiple offices and states including PA, NJ, NC, SC, and DE. Our ideal candidate has minimum of 3 years of experience, a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, the willingness to work cohesively within a team, and the ability to work on multiple projects. Additionally, we offer a creative, flexible, supportive and fun environment!

　　Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　Perform day to day transactions, including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable data

　　Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in invoicing and payments

　　Monitor Accounts Payable/follow up with vendors as necessary

　　Review Subconsultant invoices

　　Assist in monthly Subconsultant reports

　　Understand compliance issues around accounts payable processes such as W-9, Use Tax, ect.

　　Job Requirements

　　High School diploma or equivalent

　　Excellent oral and written communication skills

　　Strong work ethic and the ability to work on multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines

　　Basic knowledge of word processing/spreadsheet software

　　Related experience is a plus, but training available as needed
