Accounts Payable Specialist

　　Location: Warren, MI

　　Pay Rate: $20-25/hr

　　Duration: 2-6 month assignment (will not convert to permanent)

　　Hours: 8AM – 4 PM

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Review invoice for appropriate documentation prior to payment.

　　Perform invoice and general ledger data entry

　　Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation.

　　Generate purchase orders when necessary.

　　Obtain and print signatures on all checks.

　　Assist Controller as needed.

　　Job Requirements:

　　Degree preferred but not required.

　　Strong excel and date entry skills.

　　QuickBooks is preferred but not required.

　　Accounts Payable knowledge is preferred but not required.

　　Manufacturing or automotive experience would be a plus.
