Description

　　Robert Half is seeking a permanent Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist to become an essential part of a company's rapidly growing team. Your responsibilities as the Accounts Payable Specialist will include matching, batching, and coding invoices, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks. The Accounts Payable Specialist role will be situated in the Canton, Massachusetts area and is a permanent employment.

　　Open, sort, and distribute daily department mail

　　Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners

　　Assist the AP/Finance Department with administrative tasks

　　Implement full-cycle A/P

　　Manage the process of verifying, logging, and mailing checks, including expediting special handling

　　Carry out additional tasks as assigned

　　Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents

　　Facilitate internal and external audits as needed

　　Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner; ensuring compliance with company policies

　　Requirements

　　Familiarity with standard commercial construction billing forms; G702, G703

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

　　Established communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

　　Strong time management and organizational skills

　　Prior experience in an A/P role preferred

　　Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP)

　　Solid understanding of Commercial Construction Projects
