　　1st - 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday

　　Salary Range: $52,000 - $56,000

　　Location: Aurora, Ohio

　　What’s a typical day as an Accounts Payable Specialist? You’ll be:

　　• Managing accounts payable using accounting software

　　• Receiving, reviewing, and processing incoming invoices

　　• Verifying packing slips and purchase orders via 3-way match

　　• Working with other departments to obtain invoice approval

　　• Reconciling vendor statements and credit card transactions

　　• Resolving discrepancies with vendors

　　• Setting up new vendors

　　• Processing check runs

　　• Managing 1099 records

　　• Assisting with front desk reception and phone backup

　　• Performing monthly AP accrual and assisting with month-end close

　　• Handling other duties as assigned

　　This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

　　• Have high-level numeracy and reconciliation skills, with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy

　　• Are proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

　　• Have the ability to multitask and meet department deadlines

　　• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills

　　• Have a working knowledge of accounting software, with ERP systems being a plus

　　• Hold an Associate's Degree in Accounting and have 2 years of related accounting experience OR have 4 years of related accounting experience

　　• Have a minimum of 2 years of related accounting experience in a manufacturing environment

　　• Are able to sit for extended periods of time, walk, bend, reach, carry, and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds
