　　Job Summary:

　　As a Home Health Sales Executive you will:

　　Promote our homecare services to discharge planners, case managers, physicians, at hospitals and skilled nursing facilities within an assigned territory.

　　Build new relationships while preserving our high service levels among existing clientele.

　　Prepare business plans which prioritize accounts in accordance with the market sales plan.

　　Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on key customer opportunities, service line extensions and proposals or contract pricing.

　　​ Required Qualifications

　　2 or more years home health sales AND/OR:

　　Previous healthcare sales experience such as selling in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), DME, Ortho, Cardio, etc.

　　Experience as a clinical liaison in home health or closely related industry.

　　Excellent selling, organization, problem-solving skills, and the ability to appropriately represent CenterWell's service capabilities to targeted referral sources is required.

　　Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
