Description A non-profit organization in Canton has an exciting opportunity to join their team! We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist that will have experience in full-cycle accounts payable processes, managing a high volume of invoices and conducting regular check runs. Proficiency in Excel and Sage 100 would be a plus!

　　Responsibilities:

　　Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, from invoice entry to payment processing.

　　Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to organizational policies.

　　Process 100-150 invoices weekly with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

　　Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

　　Communicate effectively with vendors to address inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.

　　Collaborate with internal departments to obtain necessary approvals for invoices.

　　Perform regular check runs, ensuring all payments are processed on schedule.

　　Maintain organized and up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and related documentation.

　　Assist in month-end closing processes and contribute to financial reporting as needed.

　　Work closely with the finance team to streamline processes and implement best practices.
