Description

　　We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client's AP team!

　　Responsibilities:

　　Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner

　　Match purchase orders with invoices and ensure proper approvals

　　Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

　　Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments

　　Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records

　　Assist with month-end closing and reporting

　　Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment issues

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field

　　Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

　　Strong attention to detail and accuracy

　　Excellent organizational and time-management skills

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team

　　Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
