Description Robert Half has a first-rate opportunity for a permanent Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk to join the team at a premier company in the Consultancy industry. As the Accounts Payable Clerk, your duties will include matching, batching, and coding invoices, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks. This dynamic department will provide you with opportunities for career growth and advancement. The permanent opening for an Account Payable Clerk is located in the Louisville, Colorado area.

　　Major responsibilities

　　Validate, record and send checks, including expediting special handling

　　Implement full-cycle A/P

　　Perform special projects as assigned

　　Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents

　　Provide customer service to internal business partners

　　Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies

　　Open, sort, and deliver department mail on a daily basis

　　Provide internal and external audit assistance as required

　　Provide administrative assistance to the AP/Finance Department Requirements - Comprehensive knowledge of Deltek

　　Deltek Vision experience required

　　Established communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

　　3+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred

　　Proficient with spreadsheets and databases

　　Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
