　　Robert Half is working with an incredible healthcare non-profit organization in Mission Bay, San Diego CA. This is an immediate, urgent, contract or contract-to-hire position that begins immediately.

　　This non-profit organization is located in Mission Bay, San Diego, is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist with a focus on Accounts Payable to join our team on an immediate contract or contract-to-hire basis. This is a full-time position based at our on-site office.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.

　　Maintain a thorough understanding of debits and credits, ensuring accurate financial records.

　　Utilize strong Excel abilities for data analysis and reporting.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations.

　　Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Previous experience in Accounts Payable is essential.

　　Solid understanding of accounting principles, debits, and credits.

　　Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

　　Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

　　Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

　　Proven experience in accounts payable processing.

　　Ability to work on-site in Mission Bay, San Diego.

　　Available for immediate full-time employment.
