　　Job Description

　　• Take on a hands-on player-coach role, overseeing the entire procurement process from onboarding new vendors to reviewing and coding invoices, processing check runs, and managing inventory/fixed asset profit and loss.

　　• Act as the primary contact for all Accounts Payable (AP) matters, bringing expertise, defining a vision, and offering guidance to establish a disciplined and best-in-class AP function.

　　• Lead a small team of 2, serving as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders in all Accounts Payable interactions.

　　• Ensure the compliant execution of processes, including maintaining proper segregation of duties, adherence to policies, and internal control measures.

　　• Keep track of essential vendor information such as W-9 forms, contracts, and invoices, and handle the filing of year-end 1099 and property taxes.
