Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk/Admin Assistant. This role plays an integral part in our team, dealing with financial and administrative tasks. Your focus will be on managing customer credit applications, ensuring accurate customer records, and addressing customer queries. You will also be tasked with supervising customer accounts and implementing suitable action.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit

• Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Regularly monitor customer accounts and implement appropriate action when necessary

• Ensure the verification and processing of invoices

• Maintain the accounts payable ledger through regular reconciliation

• Assist with the input of bi-weekly payroll entries

• Uphold detail-oriented relationships and communication with stakeholders

• Understand and comply with accounts payable processes and regulations

• Utilize various software like Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and invoice processing. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required

• A deep understanding and experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Ability to perform Check Runs efficiently

• Skilled in Coding Invoices with a high degree of accuracy

• Strong Data Entry skills are essential

• Experience in Invoice Processing is necessary

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Oracle is a plus

• Knowledge of QuickBooks is desirable

• Experience with SAP is preferred
