Candidates who are interested in working at a dynamic organization with a growing team will be interested in this Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk position, which will match, batch and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. The Accounts Payable Clerk role is a permanent position based in the Highland Heights, Kentucky area.

　　Your responsibilities

　　Assist the AP/Finance Department with administrative tasks

　　Ensure compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time

　　Carry out a full-cycle A/P

　　Handle the customer service needs of internal business partners

　　Open, organize, and distribute department mail daily

　　Manage the process of verifying, logging, and mailing checks, including expediting special handling

　　Carry out additional tasks as assigned

　　Provide support during internal and external audits

　　Maintain proper storage of invoices, checks, and other documents by organizing, logging, scanning, and filing them Requirements - AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

　　Prior experience in an A/P role preferred

　　Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases

　　Strong organization skills

　　Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)
