Description

　　Join a team of highly skilled, motivated professionals as an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk through this opportunity offered by Robert Half. This position works closely and reports to the Accounting Manager and handles all general administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department. Matching and batching code, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L and processing checks will be the main focus points in this role. 　　Responsibilities

　　Assist with internal and external audits as needed

　　Execute additional tasks as needed

　　Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs

　　Support the AP/Finance Department by completing administrative tasks

　　Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies

　　Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling

　　Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it

　　Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, scanned, and filed

　　Requirements - High attention to detail

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

　　Adeptness in Microsoft Excel

　　Demonstrated knowledge of expense reports

　　Experience with Check Runs

　　Foundational knowledge in data entry

　　Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired

　　Command of Code Invoices

　　Deep understanding of Coding Invoices

　　Prior experience in an A/P role preferred

　　Demonstrated communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

　　Spreadsheet and database capabilities
