　　We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for our Accounting Department.  The AP Clerk will assist with the company's Accounts Payable and travel reimbursement process.  The successful candidate should be eager to work in a very dynamic, fast-paced research & development and manufacturing operations company.

　　What You'll Do:

　　Responsible for timely and accurate payment of all vendor invoices

　　Ensure expenses are authorized, reviewed, and invoices are in accordance to company policies

　　Review all invoices and code with proper account numbers, and apply use tax as applicable

　　Prepare check run and voucher packages

　　Discuss payment and invoices with vendors

　　Data entry of invoices into the accounting system

　　Scan, file, and retrieve checks, paid vouchers, and other documents as needed

　　Review and process expense reports in accordance with company policies

　　Support Accounting team with ad hoc analysis and projects

　　Other duties as assigned

　　What You'll Bring:

　　High School Diploma or GED required

　　Knowledge of US GAAP and basic accounting skill set

　　Experience with Deltek CostPoint or a similar ERP system is preferred

　　Prior experience working in a Defense contracting environment is preferred

　　1+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience

　　Good communication and interpersonal skills

　　Skilled in Excel and MS Office applications

　　Strong integrity, high accuracy, and team player

　　Pay Range:

　　$19.00/hour-$28.00/hour

　　However, base salary for this position will vary based on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
