Description Robert Half is seeking an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk to join a team of highly skilled professionals in a stimulating work environment. Attending to the general administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department, this role works closely with and reports to the Accounting Manager. Matching and batching code, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L and processing checks will be the main focus points in this role. 　　Responsibilities

　　Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents

　　Conduct full-cycle A/P

　　Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners

　　Execute additional tasks as needed

　　Verify, log and send checks, including facilitating special handling

　　Ensure compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time

　　Support the AP/Finance Department by completing administrative tasks

　　Open, sort, and deliver department mail on a daily basis

　　Provide support during internal and external audits Requirements - AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

　　Detailed and have the ability work independently

　　Accounts Receivable (AR) experience

　　Accounts Payable (AP) experience

　　Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases

　　Prior experience in an A/P role preferred

　　Articulate customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds
