Description This successful Manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their ranks as an Accounts Payable Clerk. Do you want to take your career to the next level? Candidates who are interested in working at a dynamic organization with a growing team will be interested in this Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk position, which will match, batch and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. The opening for a permanent Accounts Payable Clerk is in the Pomona, California area.

　　Your responsibilities

　　Open, organize, and distribute department mail daily

　　Perform special projects as assigned

　　Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling

　　Help with internal and external audits as required

　　Provide administrative assistance to the AP/Finance Department

　　Provide customer service to internal business partners

　　Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents

　　Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner; ensuring compliance with company policies

　　Conduct full-cycle A/P Requirements - Competent with spreadsheets and databases

　　Established communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

　　3+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred

　　Strong organization skills

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

　　Adeptness in Excel Formulas

　　Command of Alpha 8,001 - 10,000 kph

　　Credit Card Reconciliation experience highly desired

　　General familiarity with Sage 100

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel

　　Solid understanding of 10 Key Skills

　　Complete Expense Reports experience

　　Account reconciliation experience
