Description

　　Robert Half is seeking a permanent Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist to become an essential part of a company's rapidly growing Accounting team.

　　Your responsibilities as the Accounts Payable Specialist will include matching, batching, and coding invoices, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks. You will also work closely with the Controller in assisting with the month end close, journal entries and account reconciliations. Within this dynamic department, you will have an opportunity for career growth and advancement.

　　Requirements - Competent with spreadsheets and databases

　　1+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred

　　Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds

　　Expertise in general ledger

　　Proficiency in account reconciliation

　　Journal entries experience preferred

　　Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP)

　　Month end closings experience highly desired

　　Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
