　　Position Summary:

　　Processing customer rebate and price adjustment claims in a timely manner under the supervision of the Sr. Director of Operations

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　• Prepare data for bi-weekly sales deduction recap calls with client providing updates

　　• Process customer rebate and price protection claims based on promotional activities and agreements with marketing department.

　　• Communicate with appropriate personnel regarding sales deductions.

　　• Create conditions for special marketing activities as agreed upon by the marketing department.

　　• Ensures customer sales data is reported to client on a weekly basis.

　　• Assist Sr. Director of Sales Operations with tasks associated with sales deduction management.

　　• Performs other duties as assigned.

　　Qualifications Requirements:

　　• Some college.

　　• Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.

　　• Must have attention to detail.

　　• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

　　• Proficient knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft programs
