We're seeking a dynamic individual to serve as our client's Accounts Payable Associate, while also contributing as the Director of First Impressions. Responsibilities:

-Assisting in month-end activities

-Ensuring optimal inventory levels are maintained

-Assisting with coding for Accounts Payable transactions

-Accurately posting cash receipts

-Greeting and assisting customers, clients, and visitors

-Efficiently managing incoming calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel

Requirements

Skillset we are looking for:

-Communication skills paired with a strong commitment to customer service excellence

-Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

-Prior Accounts Payable experience would be beneficial

-Previous experience in a front office role is highly valued and will set you apart as a standout candidate
