A burgeoning, innovative Real Estate & Property company is on the hunt for an Accounting Manager to take charge of daily operations, such as preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. 　　Responsibilities

　　Organize a variety of technical accounting analyses, procedures, and policies

　　Assist in the implementation of NetSuite Financials, including system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration

　　Assist in the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes

　　Lead and supervise the accounting team performance during the closing process to ensure close deadlines are met

　　Team up with FP& A and accounting management to develop relevant, timely reports on financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook

　　Possessing a thorough knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

　　Review and analyze balance sheets and income statement accounts owned by the Senior Accountant

　　Requirements - Recent relevant financial experience

　　Strong problem solving and analytical skills

　　Solid technical skills

　　Financial statement preparation experience highly desired

　　Foundational knowledge in Monthly Close Processes

　　Accounting operations experience required

　　Well-founded grasp of Internal Control

　　Leadership Skills experience

　　Proven knowledge of general ledger

　　Comprehensive knowledge of HOA

　　General familiarity with journal entries

　　Practical knowledge of reconciliations

　　Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high customer service orientation

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

　　Advanced credentials such as a Masters of Business Administration / MBA or Certified Public Accountant / CPA are preferred

　　Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable
