　　ACCOUNTING SPECIALISTFLINT, MI - PLANT

　　As a member of the Finance team, the Accounting Specialist will be responsible formaintaining the following items for the plant locations they are responsible for:Reviewing and Maintaining Material Costs and Sell Prices throughout the monthAssisting with Month-End closeProviding accurate information that will be used to forecast and budget financials

　　The Role:Your work will include, but not be limited to:Completing all invoicing for your assigned locations dailyAnalyzing Customer payment discrepancies and resolving outstanding issuesReviewing Material Cost changes bi-monthly and explaining what drives those changesReviewing and reconciling any supplier payment retrosSetting up accounting data for new parts as required by plant locationsMonth End close responsibilities include:Reviewing Customer contracts and updating sell prices accordinglyEnsuring all invoices was complete and reconciling sales to AR systemGathering all sell price and material cost changes made throughout the month and putting together review packets that are used for audit.Reviewing all PPV for your location and explaining significant variances
