　　Job Title: Accounting Specialist

　　Starting pay $17-$20 per hour based on equivalent experience with annual bonus potential and excellent benefits including paid medical and dental, paid time off, 401k, and participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Set up, Maintain and review Vendor accounts.

　　Accounts Receivable billing and payment posting.

　　Accounts Payable posting and payment reconciliation.

　　Reviews invoices for appropriate documentation.

　　Support project accounting, sales and use tax, and financial reporting.

　　Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

　　Assists Controller and other accounting department personnel as necessary.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　Job Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; equivalent work experience will be considered.

　　Understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.

　　Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

　　Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience preferred.

　　Construction Industry experience a plus.
