Robert Half seeks an enterprising, strong Accounting Manager for an immediate opening at a growing, dynamic company. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily operations such as preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. Preferably, you should be able to establish and scale company accounting and finance operations. Your responsibilities in this role
Ensure close deadlines are met by encouraging and managing the accounting team performance during the closing process
Periodically review and inspect the balance sheets and income statement accounts of Senior Accountants
Play key role in implementation of NetSuite Financials including system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration
Contribute to the preparation of GAAP financial statements, which includes document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes
Prepare a variety of technical accounting analyses, policies, and procedures
Work closely with FP& A and accounting management to create relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook
Possess a working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Requirements - Deep understanding of Human Resources (HR) Administration
Solid understanding of bi-Monthly Payroll
Foundational knowledge in Full Charge Bookkeeping
Command of Administrative Office
Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
Customer service oriented communication skills
Solid technology and analytical abilities
Advanced credentials such as a Masters of Business Administration / MBA or Certified Public Accountant / CPA are preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience
Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable
3+ years of recent relevant financial experience
